I want to set a limit on how many hwguys can play on the server at at time but i dont know how and also i want to turn teamkill off. How can i do this?

You can set the number of hwguys on a team with localinfo cr_hw. For example if you want each team to have maximum of two hwguys add
Code:
localinfo cr_hw 2

to your servers cfg. If you don't want to allow hwguys at all, set cr_hw to -1.

The teamplay settings in Team Fortress are a bit more complicated. If you want to prevent players from doing any damage to team mates you will have to set
Code:
teamplay 1397?TF2.9

If the server is running some other version of Team Fortress (MegaTF, CustomTF etc.) these might not work. I this case see the mods readme.txt.

is that

rcon localinfo cr_hw 2

the way our servers are set, we got config files that log us in as admins when we join.

ok got another one

I want to turn off auto team and turn on a auto kicker for idlers more then 3 min. Do you know how to do that? Next time im gonna just write a cfg file from scratch unlike the one im using now.
