Nice list. It amazes Me that none of the servers (FTE, zquake, etc.) have any documentation on exactly how to set-up and run a QW server (setting up the server.cfg, map rotation, etc.). MVDSV is the only one that provides some insight...

BTW - The KTX link is broken.

Quakeforge

They are still active but on irc. We got alot of players who use quakeforge as there qu client and they are still and at least 1 or 2 servers who run on it.


Custom TF Mod

Custom lets you build your own classes. I donít know whatís all there but there is starter packs for stuff like playing on servers and host your own server. Some of the stuff has detailed change logs.

Documentation might be hard to find for quake stuff anymore. I remember that when maps first came out, they had txt files with them. If you all would like, I think I can get some for more of the popular maps that are still played today.
